Policy
The Crays privacy template says the ecosystem does not monetize personal information. This policy keeps that rule for the new site.
AMIHAN and the Crays Mercedes Island project do not sell personal information collected through this website. The website is intended to share project information, route inquiries and connect people with relevant AMIHAN or Crays conversations, not to monetize user attention.
We aim to collect the minimum personal information needed to provide the website, respond to requests, assess project fit, operate future services, protect users, keep records and comply with law.
This policy applies to visitors of this website, people contacting AMIHAN or Crays through the website, future guests, investors, operators, creators, partners, applicants, community members and users of linked AMIHAN / Crays ecosystem routes where this policy is referenced.
We may collect technical data from your browser, contact data you provide, inquiry or application content, booking or event information, communication history, social or messenger handles, public wallet or Nostr identifiers that you choose to share, and compliance or transaction information if a later investment, token, booking or payment process is activated.
Some current forms on the static site are prototype forms and may not submit to a backend. Email, messaging, social channels and future intake systems may still process data through their own providers.
Use
We use information to deliver the website, keep it secure, measure basic performance, prevent misuse, fix errors, answer messages and route requests to the correct AMIHAN, Crays, hospitality, investment, project, legal or technical contact.
We use information to understand your request, prepare responses, schedule calls, evaluate project fit, manage investor relations, prepare materials, coordinate with partners and keep records of business communications.
If you use or request future services such as bookings, venue access, memberships, tokenized assets, wallets, payments, app profiles, Nostr services, Lightning payments, mesh services, events or island operations, additional data may be processed to provide those services and comply with law.
We may process and disclose information where needed for legal obligations, KYC/AML or sanctions screening, tax and accounting duties, rights protection, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security investigations, court orders, regulator requests or law enforcement requests.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use website data to run an advertising business.
We may share data with hosting providers, email providers, analytics providers, security providers, form tools, communication platforms, booking or hospitality partners, legal advisers, accountants, compliance providers, payment providers, wallet or token infrastructure providers and other parties needed to handle your request or operate a service.
If you publish information to public networks such as Nostr or public blockchains, that information may be visible to others and may be difficult or impossible to delete. Do not publish private, sensitive or confidential information through public protocols unless you understand the consequences.
The project may involve international teams, providers and partners in the British Virgin Islands, Switzerland, the Philippines, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Singapore, the Cayman Islands, the United Arab Emirates and other places. Data may be transferred internationally with appropriate legal safeguards where required.

We use reasonable security measures, but no system is perfectly secure. You should protect your own devices, email accounts, private keys, wallet credentials and messaging accounts. We cannot recover self-custody keys or reverse public blockchain transactions.
